A renovated hotel with the most incredible Murano chandeliers, art and sculptures, this hotel impressed us from the start. The courtyard was elegantly designed and although was not open for drinks at the time of year we were there, would be the perfect place to relax after experiencing busy Venus during the day. Excellent Hotel in a good and quiet location on a great local square , with cafes and a church, Campo San Giacomo
Hotel is a short walk from Grand Canal ferry stop San Stae.
Great Room & Bathroom.
Good Buffet Breakfast, and Excellent service and friendly staff....

Wonderful hotel in venice

Lovely hotel a bit away from the crowds. Pretty and modern. We had a junior suite though in actuality is just a larger room than a regular room. Staff were all friendly andhelpful. Nice breakfast was included in my room rate. Ladies, they have a magnifying mirror. My only negative comment is the water pressure is terrible . I have thiok hair and could not wash it at the hotel bc I couldnt get the out....

4 Star Property with 2 Star Experience

We stayed at one of the hotels apartments. For more money, you get less service. The hotel is supposedly 4 star, but if you stay in their apartment: (i) no change of sheets unless you pay 50 Euro, (ii) no bellman upon checkout (there was service upon arrival, (iii) when asking front desk to place a take out order, we were told to do it ourself, and (iv) while the do provide complimentary towel change and garbage pic...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and overall the accommodations were nice. However on the last day, the receptionist was retrieving our luggage from the closet and ended up dropping a bag from a couple feet above ground which shattered glass we bought from Murano.
