Short stop in Venice - loved Hotel Dona Palace

We made a quick 2-night stop in Venice while on a longer trip to Europe. The Hotel Dona Palace was a great place to stay, close to St. Mark's Square and a short walk to Rialto bridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner we enjoyed. The small lounge upstairs was very inviting. Standard room was nice and comfortable with plenty of room. Location is ideal for all near by attractions in San Marco. Very welcoming and friendly staffs. Room was spacious, neat and clean toilet. The breakfast is included in the price and had a good choice of menu. Great value for money....

Beautiful & clean room except the TV is too small for the big space. Beautiful marble tiled bathroom room. Hotel staff friendly & very accommodating. Breakfast room is also beautiful ! Breakfast food sumptuous....

Perfect location for a weekend trip away, staff were extremely helpful and accommodating was great.
Close to the square and harbour and plenty of restaurants.
The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and the waitress was very polite...

Very well located hotel 2 mins from San Marco and 10 mins from Rialto Bridge.
Our room was very well appointed, with tea, coffee and mini bar facilities and the bed very comfortable. Towels and linen changed daily. Breakfast was very good!
All the staff we met were helpful and friendly!...
