Very well located hotel 2 mins from San Marco and 10 mins from Rialto Bridge.
Our room was very well appointed, with tea, coffee and mini bar facilities and the bed very comfortable. Towels and linen changed daily. Breakfast was very good!
All the staff we met were helpful and friendly!...

Very friendly personel, nice rooms, ideal location in the heart of Venice, beautiful house "Venetian style". Nicely refurbished. Breakfast room with a romantic view on a canal. Close to "Ponte dei Sospiri"....

I recently stayed at Dona Palace and was very impressed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, with all the amenities youd expect for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Location. Location. Location. Add to that the friendly service, the comfortable surroundings and you have the ideal hotel for a stay in Venice. We had asked the hotel to arrange for a water taxi to pick us up from Marco Polo airport, what a magical start to our short break. Perfect place to stay in Venice

Our room was very nice, always cleaned perfectly. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. Even when we checked out at 4 am you had a box breakfast waiting for us. We really appreciated it. If I had 1 suggestion it would be nice to have a new bottle of water everyday. I will recommend your hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Venice!...
