The hotel is in a great location, all of our interactions with staff were greatly appreciated.
Alessandro answered all of my emails promptly,
Upon arrival Federico was very informative and helpful, he and Pierre gave us restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us as well as booking the water taxi to the airport.
The room was on the smaller side but well equipped and clean.

Fantastic location, which is a stones throw from St Mark's Square. Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice buffet breakfast, providing additional soya milk and yoghurt on request. Will definitely return another time....

We chose casa verardo for a 10-day stay in Venice and we will never regret that choice. This hotel is simply superb and for excellent value for money!
We stayed in the annex of the hotel, at casa kirsch, at the last floor. Casa Kirsch is close to the hotel, in a very quiet street named after calle dei albanesi. Whiel very quiet, that street is close to everything that matters for sightseeing efficiently in venice: c...

Unsatisfactory check in, was made to feel insuperior because I booked via a vendor not direct. Was then dumped into an annex which was a walk away from the actual hotel. Room was tiny, bed comfy but not the start to my Venice experience I had wished for ...

We loved this place. Situated only a few minutes walk away from San Marco, it was surprisingly quiet. A bit tricky to find but the Venetians are so helpful just ask someone. An old building originally a palace, the rooms were clean well maintained and beautifully appointed. We had a junior suite which was very spacious. Bathroom was lovely.
