We have just come back from this hotel (3 days break) it was to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. At reception we got told that they would put a shower curtain in the shower,we went the room to see that it should of had a glass door on it.next day we went back to reception to explain we where not happy with the room.The man at the desk was lovely and explained they where full,in the afternoon we got a call to...

Lovely hotel in great location, many sites are walkable. Great views from window. Very clean , furnished to a good standard and plenty of storage. Great shower etc. Really enjoyed breakfast, plenty of choice for different requirements and staff very friendly.
Only downside was a little noisy at night from boats (hadnt thought of that!) and room was very light early on but we still slept fairly well....

We were really happy with our room, the stairs are a bit steep but a friendly porter took our bags up for us. The room was warm and comfortable, the breakfast was abundant and tasty and the location is ideal for discovering the magic of Venice. All of the staff were super polite and helpful and they even have a storage area downstairs to leave your luggage after you check out in case you want to have one last look ar...

Lovely atmospheric small hotel in wonderful location, just 4 minutes from San Zaccaria waterbus stop and a short walk from St Mark's Square. Quiet canal side with very pleasant room and excellent breakfasts. This was a delight....

Lovely old fashioned hotel

Very nice old fashioned hotel. Central location near restaurants and tourist sites. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although served in an annex was excellent. Would definitely stay there again....
