We visited this hotel in oct 2023This hotel is facing the major transport hubs, only one (Steep) bright to cross. Their are young boys who will take your baggage for you. When we were their it was 6-10 Èuros. Don't haggle too much these are young boys trying to make a living. The Hotel is ok, the location near transport was the draw for us. Our room was clean but very dated as are the corridors. Nice foyer but staff...

Unfortunately the hotel has seen better days,and is in need of a makeover.
The reception area is quite impressive at first glance, but most off the furniture and furnishings are old and in some cases such as the chairs are torn, and grubby.

I expected this hotel to be poor due to the location. But it is so much worse than I ever imagined. I paid for a room I should be in a regular room not a room for a China doll, because thats what this room that I am in is about. My daughter, my niece both said this is worse than a dorm room and they are right. It is the smallest room I had ever in stayed in in my life. I travel a lot I stay in a lot of hotels I have...

Location - beyond fantastic on the canal.. I simply couldn't get enough of all the canal excitement!
Cleanliness - our room was nicely decorated & very clean.
Room size - on the small size but we did just fine. The location made up for it.
Bed comfort - great, twin beds were together but with separate sheets. Great for friends sharing a room.
Dated- a fabulous murano glass looking chandelier

Well, we step down there every second year for a few days since 2015. The hotel went old and older, it certainly needs a refurbish in the meantime.
