Very central location however the hotel room was very small, our toilet was inside our shower and full of flies. We paid for breakfast and one of our days the breakfast area was empty we waited over an hour but no one turned up and there was no food left out (this was at 7:30 when breakfast starts). Very disappointed would not stay here again....

With the written down below I would like to express my deep disappointment, disgust from the behave of the Manager of the hotel which name is Teodor Terna. My aim is to prevent other Tourists that could be in the same situation to choose this place during their stay in Venice.

Very central location, a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Double bed and ensuite. Plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the room should they be required. Heating/aircon and TV. It is a 2 Star so don't expect 5 star. But value for money and location, very impressed. It was clean and beds made every day. A few toiletries available. Fabulous little hotel. Clean and Quiet in the middle of Venice Close to All the shops and Attractions.
Staff friendly and helpful

Squalid and 'sad'. Take slippers with you you're not going to want to put your naked feet on the floors and be ready to use the loo only in an emergency and to spend your time there without showering unless you can do it with your eyes closed pretending it's nice. And don't have the breakfast unless you're starving it's sad and cheap and unwelcoming....
