Wonderful friendly hotel. Highly recommend, amazing breakfast and evening meal. Evening meals offer 20% off to residents. The best but was not the super comfortable rooms but breakfast is served until 11am and checkout is 12pm. They offered to look after our luggage until we left for our flight. Helpful staff and super clean. We will definitely return. Good access to the water bus which is direct to the airport and s...

This hotel is all WOW! From the ground floor lobby and dining room (where an elegant and abundant breakfast is served) to the elevator hallway (the Murano glass! Gorgeous!) to the opulent guestrooms. We had a large room on the 4th floor and it was SO spacious, we got spoiled before heading back to Rome. The staff is terrific - especially Lorenzo in the bar/restaurant. What a great stay we had at Ca' Bonfadini in April! We absolutely loved the neighborhood that we were in. Quiet and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast that was served was simply amazing, and way more than we expected for an included breakfast. The hotel location was superb - it is located near the entrance to a canal close to the northwestern part of the island, so getting here by water taxi from the airport is simple. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station when we were leaving, which made our departure stress-free, and also a short walk to the Rialto path that takes you straight to St Marks. Very nicely decorated hotel in a great location, close to everything but still slightly away from the swarm of tourists. There is what was described as a 'social room' which was magnificent to look at but essentially a living room in between other peoples rooms.
