Five star for location, value and friendly staff
We stayed for 3 nights. The room was large and spacious, beds very comfy and added bonus of a jacuzzi bath
Breakfast was fantastic everything you needed to start your day,
The location of the hotel was perfect 10 mins walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square
Definitely recommend for a family stay...

We stayed for two days in August. The staff was professional, kind, helpful, and responsive. Good directions and recommendations from all working. Location was close to vaporetto stops, gondolas, sights, and restaurants. Safe and quiet location. Room was large by European standards, with a very large bathroom, and great AC. Excellent hotel!

This hotel was beautiful, well located and very comfortable! When we got there, we were greeted by the front desk person and doorman. They also offered us coffee, which we happily accepted!
There were tons of restaurants, bars and shops in all directions. To our surprise, breakfast was included, and it was delicious!
I highly recommend this hotel!...

Our 1st time in Venice. Love the location of this hotel. Staff was very nice, breakfast was great (a lot of options), they even opened up breakfast 10min early for us (we were checking out early). Would stay here again. Looking forward to returning....

WHAT A FIND

My husband and have just returned from our trip to Venice staying at this hotel from the 17th until 20th March.
After disembarking the River Bus at San Marco, my husband got his phone out for Google Maps, only to find it didn't work on our phones in Venice. We spent a while wandering around and then asked for directions to the hotel. Over an hour later we found our hotel, and WHAT A FIND.
