Had THE most fabulous 4 night stay in this exceptional, exquisite hotel (it is more of a glorious palace than hotel). Everything about it is stunningly beautiful. Everything about our stay was a pleasure and a joy, from the staff at our check-in to the entire crew who works for them in any area of this hotel. This hotel checks all the boxes. A great location near St. Mark's Square and direct water taxi service is a big plus. The entire staff from the front desk, concierge, bartenders, room service, and food staff were impeccable and made our stay amazing. We have stayed 4 nights at the Luna Baglioni. Everything was perfect : the quality of service, the cleanness of the room, the view from our balcony, the location of the hotel at 5mn on foot to San Marco, we had the surprise to find in our room a nice bottle of Prosecco, cakes, and fruits at our arrival for our 25th anniversary, the second time for my wifes birthday. Just amazing !...
