Beautiful, quiet jewel of a hotel

I love this hotel. It is on a relatively quiet street. The rooms are small but beautiful. Mine had a small balcony with a chair to sit on and look at the canal. Fantastic buffet breakfast included. The staff could not have been more helpful, including recommending local restaurants, directions and arranging for water taxis to airport. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend. Lovely hotel in a less touristy part of Venice

We were thrilled to find this charming hotel in Dorsoduro. We would absolutely recommend staying in this part of town. It's still an easy walk to San Marco, but out of the chaos. The buffet breakfast at Hotel American Dinesan was amazing and the staff was super helpful with all our questions....

Disappointed re size of room and in room refreshments and quality of toiletries especially shampoo and body wash . No cotton wool or replenishing of toiletries or tea or water during our stay. Breakfast excellent variety and quality. Gummy very efficient and professional at breakfast, Marco provided excellent guidance on local restaurants and industrial action affecting transport to airport, ...

Fabulous Hotel

We have just returned from Venice and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its in a fabulous quiet location but close to everything. Gorgeous breakfasts, very clean rooms and the staff were fantastic.
Its close to a Waterbus stop and there also good local restaurants near by. We arrived and left in style via a private water taxi from the airport....

We have just returned from another great stay at this first class Hotel. The staff are very kind, efficient, friendly and attend to all your needs. We had our usual room, which overlooks a canal and is serviced to a high standard daily. Excellent breakfast, good variety of hot & cold food and pastries. Thank you Larry for my regular Cappuccino!
