I recently stayed at this hotel in Venice with my son and was very pleased with the experience. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring the city and allowing easy access to all the main attractions.

Pros: location, the front desk and the breakfast lounge staff were outstanding, comfy beds.
Cons: the floors were not very clean. Someone had splashed what looked like coffee on one of the walls which hadnt been cleaned either. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. I get it its Venice, but it should be tackled. There was a hole in the bed sheetI mean, come on now, for a 4-star hotel this is unacceptable.

Great modern hotel in the heart of Venice. The rooms are very new and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They even helped bring our bags to meet the water taxi when we checked out. The breakfast with our room was excellent with great coffee. Would definitional stay here again....

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The location of Theatro Palace is close to perfect. The staff was accomodating, the roof terrace a pleasure. Why, nevertheless, the disappointment? Its in the details. Luca helped us continuously during our stay at this lovely hotel. HIs patience and professionalism was very much appreciated. The hotel was immaculate and comfortable. The rooftop bar was a great place to regroup after a busy day. Breakfast was substantial and very good. We would absolutely stay there again when visiting Venice....
