My husband and I stayed here for three nights. When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our reservation. Sergiu was at the front desk and arranged for us to be upgraded to a junior suite. It was large and beautiful, overlooking a courtyard.

This hotel went above and beyond for us today and I cant thank them enough. Our transport company totally dropped the ball in sending an assistant to us to help with the water taxi to the Roma Pier where we were to meet our transportation to Verona. We were told at checkout that the water levels were too high for a water taxi to get to the hotel ( be prepared for this possible eventuality-we were not), which means...

We had a wonderful 3 night stay, paid for with points. Unfortunately the partnership between Hyatt and SLH dissolved earlier this year, so we did not receive an upgrade or any other Hyatt perks.
