A quiet traditional hotel with an excellent bar, wonderful warm kind helpful staff, great facilities and rooms and good access to everywhere. All for very reasonable prices including the room mini bars.

This was the second time we have stayed here, lovely small hotel that is in a nice quieter area of Venice away from the crowds. Still very easy to walk to the main sites and very easy to get to using the water bus from the airport. We had a beautiful room in the newer part of the hotel, which had a fabulous bathroom with a nice powerful shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back at some point for a ...

Absolutely loved our stay here early October. Our group of 6 couples all loved the ambience of the hotel , location in the quieter Cannaregio region on Venice island and the lovely helpful staff. So lovely to stay in a residential area with great small bars and restaurants. Much quieter than being near the craziness of St Marks square. Caught the Aliguna orange line ferry from airport. A lovely peaceful hotel that is a stones throw from a lively bar scene if needed!

A fantastic hotel, which was a delightful walk from all of the main areas that you could possibly want to go to. The water ferry stop is just a short walk away as well in case you want to visit Murano.
