My wife and I had the privalege of staying 3 nights at this luxury hotel if we could award this hotel six stars we would gladly do so. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Valletta, making everything so easy to walk. Failed to provide a twin room for half our stay despite 3 reminders.

We booked the Rosselli through a well known and reputable travel agent. Our stipulation for a twin room was on the booking, followed up by us on a phone call to the hotel - 'Twin room - no problem' they said. We also sent an email. First the pros- great location, very friendly and helpful staff, Herons Suite room was spotless, spacious and funky.
Now the cons- room very dark and one side lamp broken. Both TV remotes flat ( we did mention to housekeeping on the first night but nothing was done ).
