Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out with its exceptional service. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Valletta, making everything so easy to walk. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, even offering me a complimentary Prosecco, which was such a refreshing touch for such a long flight! Failed to provide a twin room for half our stay despite 3 reminders.

We booked the Rosselli through a well known and reputable travel agent. Our stipulation for a twin room was on the booking, followed up by us on a phone call to the hotel - 'Twin room - no problem' they said. We also sent an email. On arrival despite what reception said, the room was a double. 'Must be housekeeping - nothing we can do' was reception's stance. The next day, the reason given for the failure was that...

First the pros- great location, very friendly and helpful staff, Herons Suite room was spotless, spacious and funky.
Now the cons- room very dark and one side lamp broken. Both TV remotes flat ( we did mention to housekeeping on the first night but nothing was done ). Housekeeping very short of staff, our room was not ready by 4pm on the second day. Soap selection tray was empty. Only one loo roll. We gave our credit...

Lovely hotel in a great central location. It has 3 good restaurants with a rooftop bar. Its beautifully decorated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can have your breakfast inside or outside in the covered area. Check on the location of your room as some have internal windows only and although spacious and modern are a bit dark....
