Apart from its convenience to Valencias main train station, this is a really super hotel where we will stay again. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a genuine warmth and courtesy. The receptionist did his utmost to assess our needs and he responded accordingly, recommending a restaurant that suited us perfectly. The room was quiet and comfortable and was followed the next morning by a god quality breakfast....

The hotel is in an excellent location - next to Estacion de Norte and metro Xativa (direct connection to airport). Very easy to visit the historic center.
The staff is very nice. The rooms are o reasonable size.
The only minus:
- WiFi is very poor - only coming to the door I could get a signal, which is not acceptable for a 4* hotel.
- Breakfast was reasonable, but the fruit section was poor....

After staying in a hotel ask yourself a simple question: "Would you go back?"
If the answer is -yes- there is little to add, you are satisfied.
Only a small shortcoming, taking into consideration a common evaluation yardstick from 1 to 10, I have to give it 8; one point less for any negativity about my questions.

Rooms are clean but tired. Need some refurbishment. They are also pretty small even compared to European standards. No bar, no restaurant, no shop for incidents on premise. You can walk to get these things however. Breakfast is adequate. The hotel is located right on the edge of a great area for walking but the location of the hotel is less than pleasant. Very centrally situated beside Estacion de Nord.
Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, though the hotel itself is on the outskirts of a predominantly Chinese area, with some dingy shops and eateries.
Very pleasant and helpful staff, with largely good English. One went above the call of duty working out how the shower functioned (he didn't actually know), and another was able to tell us where to buy UK/Europe...
