I booked the Hotel Botanico Boutique one day before I traveled. During a stop over I saw an e-mail saying they do not accept Amex. I immediately send a new CC. Then they send a message they cancelled my reservation after they said they called and send messages I was on a flight but had no messages other then a cancellation. Carful about this hotel!!

Excellent hotel with good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Beds were very comfortable and the location was superb. Easy to access the Old Town, the Botanical Gardens. Would recommend this place for city breakers....

Just returned from an amazing trip to Valencia.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accompanying, beautiful hotel and couldn't wish for a better location! Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too!

Not recommend. Booked, paid it then they cancel it. I called and they asked me 100 euro more for the same reservation. All of this 3 days before the visit. Now I have to reach 200 character so I'm just writing ...

Amazing experience in Valencia. Great hotel with kind people, ready to inform us about all the requests. Great breakfast (we had the chance to choose among many many things) and good position (in the evening it was nice having wlak), Mauro, our 6 years old child was very very happy....
