Perfect location, but a little disappointed in the service and darkness of bedroom

Liked · The hotel was quiet and in a nice location (walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and also the arts and science museum. The selection of breakfast was also decent.
Disliked · My room was looking out on the to a tall rectangular courtyard, closed in by other rooms... which meant my room was pretty dull/dark. I was also really disappointed at breakfast based on the fact I was stopped leaving with a pl...

Loved this little hotel which admittedly needs a lick of paint but was so central, clean & friendly. We were lucky enough to get a balcony room which had nices views. Great little Spanish restaurant few doors away will def revisit. You can wake to beach or main centre, most perfect beach.

What a brilliant stay. All the staff especially the reception and dining room went above and beyond eepctations. Very helpful, nothing too much trouble and happy to answer any questions you may have. Situated equidistant between 2 Metro stops, the area is more modern and has a few supermarkets within walking distance. No Air Con - check this before you pay and check in

This hotel is basic.
We couldnt check in till 3pm but was allowed to leave luggage stored until then while we went off to explore
We came back to be told there was no air condition due to refurbishments !!! Its 30+ degrees !!
We had to buy a fan as we were told that there wasnt one availble until the next day
I would rather have been told in the beginning about the AC as I would have found an alternative hotel...

The hotels air conditioner system was broken, however the staff went above and beyond to do everything they could to make up for it. They were always very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also awesome. Great value hotel....
