We stayed here for 2 nights just after New Year and although we enjoyed our stay, we did not feel this is a 5 star hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but a little dated. The communal areas are nice and the spa is lovely. However, some of the service was not really what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Fantastic location, on the one hand right by the sea, on the other - not too far from the center.
Very nice, professional staff. Delicious breakfasts.
The room, although with a view of the city, was very quiet.
Generally everything at the highest level....

Fantastic Place to Stay

This was our first time in Valencia, and we found the hotel to be fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed and pillows very comfortable.
A bonus was the terrace with a magnificent view over the gardens to the sea.
Breakfast was very good, with fresh orange juice and the delicious "Jamon Iberico" available at the extremely varied buffet....

This hotel is a top notch facility. The staff's friendliness is the best in Valencia. Right when you walk in the door, you are treated like royalty. I love this hotel so much, I have stayed here 5 different times in 2024. I recommend it to everyone traveling to Valencia....

Based ourselves at the Las Arenas for the Valencia Marathon weekend, from check in through to departure the experience was excellent , customer service, our room, breakfast and overall facilities were all 5 stars.
The friendliness, helpfulness and overall service of the staff members we dealt with was very good and are a credit to the hotel.
