With Neptuno youre really paying for location (which has both pros and cons). Its quite an average hotel, and having stayed in several of the rooms need refurbishing (even the most expensive penthouse suite).
The cons:
- The rooms are a bit dirty (for example the bathroom grout is filthy) but the beds are decent.
- The WiFi is pretty bad (but they will let you connect to a better network if you complain).

Great lobby front desk customer service from Gisella and Alicia

Amazing customer service at the lobby check-in. Both Gisella and Alicia greeted us with a big smile and they have been very helpful during our stay. We have never been to Valencia and we dont speak Spanish so getting directions and recommendations was very informative to helping us make plans in this city. We decided to stay another night and the hotel is right on the beach....

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH! Want to sleep? Choose a different hotel! Played my iphone recording of the noise level - closed doors / windows - from my bed at midnight! She said it is not our fault and did not give a sh*t!. Rude and obviously used to this complaint. I did not read reviews, I should have. I liked the fact that it is closed to the beach, but you also need to rest, and you cannot do this in this hotel. Breakfas...

I did not have a good experience at Hotel Neptune. It had an impersonal atmosphere, the staff were not welcoming or helpful. They provided no assistance on arrival or during my stay. The hotel was overpriced , I stayed for 4 nights at over 900 , 240 per night and no breakfast included. The TV did not work even after calling for assistance. TERRIBLE NOISY HOTEL. It is right by a beachfront club that bangs out deep bass music until nearly 4am. The staff try to tell you it will be fine but it's almost every night. Then they say they have no control over it. Fine, but if you're reading this and want to sleep during your trip do not stay here.
