We enjoyed spending time in Valencia. The hotel staff were helpful and the rooms are clean. However, the beds are quite firm and room amenities are lacking for a 4 star hotel. Very close location to Museu de les Ciències. ...

The staff was very helpful and that's the highest point of this hotel to be honest. We got not a double bed but two small ones put together and it made sleeping uncomfortable. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are a joke. But if you're looking only for a place to sleep while visiting Valencia, the location is the best you can ask for, lots of bus stops around and of course all the famous buildings right in front....

Good location for Ciudad de las Ciencias. Wonderful to have connecting rooms. Friendly staff. Nice to have a small pool and gym. Beds and pillows very comfortable....

This is a low quality NH hotel.
Good things: 1) breakfast and 2) location. Period.
Tree people and a pet in a minuscule room is unfair and inhumane.
Air conditioner in 15°C but feeling like 20°C when the temperature outside is around 40°C.
Bath is good but when the duche stays right in his place. The support is broken meaning that maintenance is not done in this simple item. I wonder if that is just an isolated erro...

Hotel is located close to The Arts and Science Centre with very futuristic looking buildings (10 min walk). Located 40 mins away (walking distance) from the historic part of Valencia, and located 15 mins away from the beach (driving distance). Hotel room was spacious and had a large king bed. Complementary Breakfast was included and had a very good variety of food compared to Madrid and Barcelona....
