A maximum 2-star hotel. I chose this hotel for the swimming pool, but it is impossible to use because the water is extremely cold. To get to the pool you have to go outside the hotel, on its terrace. I asked them to heat it up, but they didn't. quite dirty hotel room....

The hotel was very good, the room was clean. The big windows lit up the room, the bed was very comftable. The roof top pool and the bar were not really good, but OK. The location was perfect and the stuff was friendly and professional.
I liked the stay very much and I will stay again in this Hotel when I am again in Valencia....

Staff need training in customer care

The reception and breakfast staff were miserable and unhelpful, at the very least management should have the cleaners carry out some staff training or better still book them into the Vincci Mercat to see how customers are looked after.
The Good: hotel is well designed, rooms have a bath, is very clean and breakfast was good.
The Bad (as well as most of staff): the hotel is nowhere near the tourist centre and there...

Pros: manageable walk to city centre, decent breakfast, some friendly staff. Cons: worn at the edges, and stale air - particularly in the revolving door entrance, corridors, and room. Air con very weak, pillows of poor quality. Rooms over furnished with dated items that have suffered wear and tear; adding to the stuffiness. Neutrals: roof top pool is more of a plunge pool - clean, and good for a cool off. ...

The staff was polite and helpful.
Great breakfast buffet, lots to choose from.
Our room was on the 11th floor next to the terrace/pool entrance. Therefor, lots of noise of people talking on the corridor, the fridge made and terrible noise as well as you could hear people talking from the air vents from other rooms. Also the hotel claims to be 4* but very average like a holiday inn.
