A couple of things resulted in me feeling rather underwhelmed by this hotel. Firstly, the terrible design choices really do have a negative impact on the guest experience. Yes the rooms are small but this is dictated by building structure so nothing the hotel can do to change this. However, what can be done is design and style a room to make maximum use of what is available. This hasnt been done and it affected ou...

Perfect location of the hotel for exploring the city, directly on the shopping mile. Underground station nearby with direct connection to the airport. Very friendly staff at reception who gave us good advice. Small but very nicely furnished room with everything you need.

I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Valencia town. The location is convenient if you want to be near the shops and town. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of there way to make sure our stay was perfect....

Very nice small hotel in the centre of Valencia. Breakfast was the highlight, with an excellent selection. Rooms are well furnished and some have the slightly odd feature of facing into an internal vertical courtyard which can make them a little dark but we didn't find it a problem. Good housekeeping. Cant recommend this hotel enough.
Location was excellent.
Staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Rooms were luxurious and clean. We were lucky to be upgraded to street front room with balcony but our friends had rear view and their room was just as lovely.
Roof top bar was amazing - service fabulous, drinks reasonably priced and staff so friendly and attentive.
