Very Pretty hotel but a lot of interior noise

The hotel was in the plaza which was great, the room was very nicely done with new renovations and we chose one with a plaza view. Unfortunately it was very noisy, not from the outside noise but inside noise. If we turned on the AC there was a continual running water sound gurgling in the walls. There is a lot to like about this place, and one let-down.
It is in a great position, close to all the major sites, the station and the best shopping.
Our room was spacious, well appointed and the housekeeping is immaculate. The staff are helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Better than some other Melia 4 stars that we have stayed in. Great breakfast buffet, and you can request an omelet from the staff. The most outstanding feature was the wonderful woman who cleaned our room every day, Magaly. She was not only very friendly, but she took the time to personally organize our toiletries in a way that was wonderfully done. Above and beyond her duties. She ...

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Valencia, few minutes walk from the station! Rooms were comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given its central location! Good selection for breakfast, but dinner was not all we had hoped! Staff were helpful and approachable....

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there. Judging by the photos we had an older room. Room No. 508. It was lovely but dated. The bathroom was roomy with two sinks and the shower was great. The view was a side view of the side street and a partial main street. The location was excellent for exploring.
