Grubby budget hotel on arrival room had nut's and chewed gum on the floor,breakfast ok,We booked this because it had a pool looking forward to having a swim after being out in the 25 degree temps but the pool was closed? Well located for tram ,bus,and metro, although reception didn't seem to give the best advice on routes around the city,...

Rosita whom we meet on the room floor was exceptional very helpful,and assisted us settle into our room very much appreciated .
We requested a kettle which was promptly delivered to us with tea&coffee and milk.
The reception was also very polite and helpful...

Good hotel with perfect location, nice view from the window, good value of money, very kind and good personal , near are a lot good restaurants, cafes and bars, metro and bus is like one minute walk and tram is 10 minutes by walk ...

Using to many chemicals to clean hotel, thst strong couldnt stay

We arrived at 2pm to a hotel that looked like nothing from the images we booked, no fridge, wood chip paper, no doors on wardobe, really small hanging space, old fashioned bathroom that you step up into a triangle space, out dated furniture & a really bad smell from room/ air con, same smell in corridors, staff said it would be the chemicals they use to clean, started feeling unwell & was reacting, had to stay outsid...
