Really nice hotel, right next to Ciudad de las Artes, friendly staff!

Stayed overnight, since I had to do some business in central Valencia. Location is great. You have to get on two elevators to get to your actual hotel room - kind of weird. I expected the parking to be at the hotel itself (since that's what they say on the website), but the parking is on the shopping mall that's right next door.
Having said that, the rooms are amazing and both receptionists are really, really nice. ...

Excellent staff and accommodations for large groups

We had 5 groups stay in Valencia at Ilunion Aqua 4 and 3. We worked directly with Laura for our large groups and she was wonderful throughout the whole process. Her and the staff worked hard to make sure our groups had everything they needed and went above and beyond accommodating us. We can't thank them enough for everything they did throughout the summer!...

Hotel with a great view from the window. It is located far from the city center. Expensive parking, if you use the parking spaces at the shopping center. The room is spacious, with a large bathroom. There is a tea station with a set of tea and coffee. The room rate includes a minibar stocked with soft drinks...

First day was horrible, while the bed was fu****** mess, and we didn't sleep one hour during night, than another day we asked for room change, and day they managed to give us a better room, with better bed, so thank Good for that. But that room from first night, and that bed, you simple can't give it up to people who came for holiday, or one night sleep, that's simple terrible by your side....
