This property has a 5 star rating, but is badly in need of renovation. There is a run down feeling throughout, dirty or damaged upholstery & rugs in common areas & in our room. This hotel represents itself as a Marriott member through Design Hotels, yet they have decided not to offer certain benefits under the Bonvoy program, such as complementary breakfast & upgrade. Wonderful stay for Valencia Marathon 2024. The staff were so friendly and kind, the breakfast was great, and the room was very clean and luxurious with a great view. I highly recommend. Excellent location for marathon as well. Thank you Palau de la Mar!...

The hotel is in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the town centre . The room was very comfortable. We had a large bath and walk in shower . The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful . The spa is very nice .We had it to ourselves ....

The staff were friendly and helpful from the outset and, remained so. The hotel is a beautiful venue, breakfast time worked well and love the fact that the breakfast times were adjusted for the half marathon on the Sunday. Room (310) a little bit small but nicely done. We will be back!...

Good location and modern.

After staying in Madrid, this was a welcome change. It was modern and everything worked.
The staff were very helpful including the cleaners.
The breakfast was good and the restaurant was just as it should be. The staff in the restaurant were helpful.
It is a good location for exploring Valencia....
