The hotel is in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the town centre . The room was very comfortable. We had a large bath and walk in shower . The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful . The spa is very nice .We had it to ourselves ....

The staff were friendly and helpful from the outset and, remained so. The hotel is a beautiful venue, breakfast time worked well and love the fact that the breakfast times were adjusted for the half marathon on the Sunday. Room (310) a little bit small but nicely done. We will be back!...

Good location and modern.

After staying in Madrid, this was a welcome change. It was modern and everything worked.
The staff were very helpful including the cleaners.
The breakfast was good and the restaurant was just as it should be. The staff in the restaurant were helpful.
It is a good location for exploring Valencia....

We had a pleasant stay in what I would categorise as a 4* hotel that needed attention if it was to retain that star rating.
What I liked:
1. The staff were all very pleasant and I suspect that the issues that I raise were not their fault but rather the fault of the systems in place.
2. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
3. The hotel was conveniently situated in the old town.

Sadly not a 5 star experience! The hotel room in the courtyard area was small with a strange layout including the bed placed in middle of room but minus a headboard! The pedal bin in the toilet was damaged and needed replaced. The hotel looked tired and in need of a refurb in some areas including broken decking in courtyard. My son had paid for drinks and chocs to our room for arrival as a birthday surprise, but they...
