Really nice place
Everything is always clean
Really good breakfast

Rooms bigger enough
Nice lounge
A lot of facilities: sport place, rooftop, pool (was not open), meeting rooms, restaurant
Nice location, close to the Túria, the Arts & Science buildings, the city center by scooter / taxi / bus
Or even 45min walking...

I can't comment about the hotel's installations, as I wasn't able to get to the hotel due to the strong rain in Valencia in the days before I arrive for my stay. I can, however, express my dissatisfaction to customer service, because I have sent them several emails to justify the reasons for not being able to be there for my stay, and I never received a reply....

Nice hotel. Very central. Room thermostat didn't work, had two tries in getting it fixed. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms but yes and coffee available from the bar. Meals lovely with 3 course dinner for 20. Staff friendly. Great parking under hotel. Overall very central. 2 hr bus tour within 3 min walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes round about the hotel....

My stayed has been beyond expectations great staff, friendly, very accommodating, housekeeping, great food, and drinks. When I checked I knew, that I was going to enjoy my stay at the hotel. The reception staff greeted me like I was family or I was a VIP member. Salvador and Carlota were so helpful getting me checked in without a hassle while I was having a drink at the bar. AVOID, HORRIBLE!

I tried two rooms, none of them were acceptable - Both floors smelt like sewage/garbage.
Room Nr1: AC was not working, yellow stains on pillow; asked for another room.
Room Nr2: The AC was full of mold even from outside.
At this point I went down and asked for a refund and went for another hotel.
I wouldnt rate this hotel even a 1 one star....
