Short off staff and not so clean

It is very impressive at the beginning. All the receptionists were very willing to help with everything . The room seemed clean however i found a lot of dirt at spots that were not visible . The visiting of the cleaners was not on time and they were disturbing our sleep at siesta time . I found it expensive in terms of what is offering . ...

We stopped here for two nights whilst visiting nearby Valencia. The hotel itself is pretty much in the middle of an industrial/business park, but it's quite new with easy parking, very welcoming with friendly staff who had a good command of English. Nice comfortable and clean hotel, well presented welcoming staff. My only points to make would be the bar is a tiny end of the reception counter so you wont want a drink on site and its situated in a very industrial part of town which is very dark and empty at night....

My husband booked this hotel for a weekend as we had been away for a weekend in Rome, on arrival we parked and went up to check in, not sure if the reception person was new but he didnt seem to know what he was doing and it took ages, we went to the room which didnt look like photos, the balcony was filthy and was the furniture on it, the room was old and needed painting and general tidy, hardly any of the tv stati...

Basic accommodation

This is a good choice if you just need accommodation for a night and nothing else. Especially during the pandemic there are really no other services neither at the hotel nor in the direcyt vicinity. The beach and the bars are about 2 km away....
