Last minute booking using Love Holidays. I did check this hotel out before making the decision to book and all looked good. Dont go by the pictures on the official website. Firstly, Id like to clarify why i gave this a 3 out of 5. This is based mainly on securing the deal at a price I now rate as a 3 star experience.

Pros -
The pool
Good location
Reasonable cost
Comfortable bed
Nice big shower
Cons -
The fact that the lift was so slow going up to the 19th floor and pretty much stopped on lots of floors before we could get out .
Also the fact that there was only 1 member of staff on reception when there was a queue of people waiting to check in.
And the fact that the male receptionist who was on the late shift was hesitant...

Management asked for 2 days why the air conditioning does not work anywhere in this hotel !

Arrived at the Hotel on the 22nd and had booked for 3 nights. We spend one night and had to deal with an emergency back home. On Saturday morning I went to the desk to inform them we had to cancel and drive back home to take care of the emergency. The hotel is part of a large chain and sits alongside others on the same street. It is very convenient for the Metro Beniferri and was generally quiet. Our twin bedded room was comfortable, plenty of coat hangers. The door dividing the bathroom from the hall was a very heavy sliding door, which could prove a challenge to some people.
