Really pleasant surprise, this hotel. Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Our room had a big comfortable bed, view over the courtyard, and fully functioning air con and Wi-Fi, which is pretty rare.
Situated midway between the beach and the old town (2km in each direction) with easy bus links.
The only fly in the ointment was a very rude barman on the Sunday evening (17/09/23) who was ...

Location of hotel is on a busy road, but centrally located , not far from beach and center. Staff are nice and helpful. Tip them. Breakfast was also fine, but I miss fresh vegetables such as tomato. Come on time because, closed is closed. We rented bikes here in the hotel, with excellent service because we had a flat tire. Room is really lovely, peace and space, but I miss a balcony to sit for a while. Too bad there ...

Nothing to complain about. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower worked.
Location suited us 20 mins the port/beach area. Bus no 4 from outside the hotel to take you into the old town at 1.5 a trip or a 40 mim walk.
Plenty of eateries within walking distance. ...

Smells so bad !!! If you don't like smelly sewers don't stay here.

Arrived, front desk staff were nice. Went to room and nearly vomited from smell. Went back to front desk who changed our room. As soon as toilet lid was lifted, same horrendous smell. Front desk then told me they had nothing to offer me as this is what happens in Valencia when it rains !! I told them I would leave and booked somewhere else nearby (no smell whatsoever). The manager wasn't there but the front of house...

Stayed here for 14 nights in September 2022, the hotel was lovely and clean. I shared a deluxe twin room with my daughter, the room was spacious, had a kettle, tv, air con - all worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was carried out immaculately! The staff were all very helpful and reception staff answered any queries promptly and politely.
