We arrived at this hotel at 0800 and were lucky enough that they were able to securely store our luggage. I asked if there was any possibility of an early check in. Omar told me to check in at 1200 but that the room was guaranteed by 1400. I checked in at 1200 and 1400 but our room was not ready. At 1730 the hotel called to say that our room was not ready but that we would be moved to another hotel - but offered ...

We were in town with friends for a wedding and all stayed at various hotels near the main train station. The Starhotel majestic was a good choice!
A short walk from the station, the hotel is located next to a sporting goods store and a small supermarket. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom.

I never felt at home in this hotel. The staff were efficient but never expressed any sign of pleasuring dealing with guests. Apart from the maitre d in the breakfast room I never saw one of them smile.
The ground floor space is large and open plan which contrasts with the somewhat poorly lit corridors on the upper floors. My bedroom was quite small and poorly ventilated. Despite its good location I wouldnt choose...

Probably one of the worst hotels I stayed in Italy. Front reception staff was extremely rude at check in. No one was smiling. No one greeted us. We had multiple rooms for a family vacation. My room had no towels, extremely noisy above parking garage, you can hear every conversation in the room next to you and every conversation in the hallway. The room is size of a shoebox. Excellent city centre hotel , large clean rooms , nice bar , excellent location close to the Porta Nuova station , 40 Uber from the airport . Plenty of shops and bars nearby , within easy walking distance ...
