I always felt welcomed from the moment I arrived to when I had a question about my room, or when I wanted to add on a guest for the daily breakfast, the staff were always so helpful and patient with my questions.
I enjoyed the amenities in the room such as the Lavazza coffeemaker. The products in the bathroom were of a higher quality than at most hotels.

Historically beautiful, safe and convenient location, and probably the best hotel in Turin, as recommended to us by our local friend, better than the 5 star hotels we had considered.
Room large and tall ceilings, great view onto the piazza. Staff all very helpful and efficient, bed comfy and bathroom fabulous.

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and well located. We slept well and enjoyed the spacious shower. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the service was cordial and efficient. There is a bar at the hotel and two lovely outdoor courtyards. The front door opens onto a piazza with several restaurants just steps away....

An overall really positive experience.
The room with the Mole view was breathtaking.
The service is great and the food delicious, chef Daniel is a star.
Renzo suggested us the best red wine we ever had.
We have been surrounded by such amazing and attentive staff that we felt as we were habitual guests in this hotel, and we will be definitely coming back. The GM Velia is lovely and always ready to help.
