Comfortable Stay
Travelled on 11/2024
Good location, smart, classy hotel. I had a standard room which was a good size with a comfortable bed as well as a lounge. Airconditioning is intermittent due to government regulations but the windows can open.
The bathroom is fine but its a shower over the bath which I dislike. However there was good water pressure & plenty of hot water. But nowhere to hang wet clothes.

A charming, nearly 100 year old hotel with a MAJOR HVAC issue
Travelled on 10/2024

Great value for luxurious stay with outstanding service!
Travelled on 08/2024
True and all-smiles service in this luxurious hotel. Front desk was very helpful in securing reservations to popular museums. The manager decided it wouldnt be available until the afternoon, which was a bit high-handed - considering the hotel advertises ...

Travelled on 08/2024
This hotel is perfectly located downtown Turin. For example, the Museo Egizio is like 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is very kind, whether it is at the front desk or the breakfast area (breakfast buffet is perfect by the way). A special thumbs up to the barman (sorry, couldn't catch his name) who, for sure, really knows what he's doing behind his bar! The restaurant Carlo e Camillo is also quite nice, even tho...
