What a brilliant hotel we arrived later and stressed and the young gentleman who welcomed us was brilliant got us booked car parked and to our room extremely quickly got up in the morning breakfast was good staff were really friendly and welcoming the staff on the reception are absolutely fantastic they are a credit to the hotel sorted out tram tickets directions and food for us and ever day with a smile and professi...

Very nice and friendly place, they contacted me before arrival and knowing that Im bringing my cat, they prepared a cat sand box and food bowl in the room! The only small problem, we were told we could stay until 1pm with our special package (that also includes candies for the kids and parking benefits) but the next day they told us they were very full so we have to leave at 12. Breakfast was included in the package...

The hotel is really good, it's modern, the staff is wonderful and the cleaning is perfect.
The breakfast is really good, the location is also good - just a few steps aways from the politécnico in a great area. The public transportation works perfectly and in 15/ 20 minutes you can arrive in downtown....

Hi tech hotel, Scandinavian style. Located on the campus of Turin Politecnics, as easily judged by the title. Nice amicable helpful staff and plentiful breakfasts. Ok hotel but where you are not believed - unprofessional hotel

The hotel itself is ok with spacious rooms.
During my stay as a guest in February 2020, I unfortunately made a negative experience: the cosmetics and more in the hand luggage liquids bag from the flight disappeared from the room I stayed in suddenly. I searched everywhere in the room. Sadly, the hotel management didn't believe me and simply said this can't happen and never happened and didn't do anything.
