Great stay

What an amazing hotel. Clean, updated and staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location also. Close to everything downtown. Restaurant/Lounge on site. Awesome diner called "FRAN'S" right next door. Good food and great service. Overall a great place to stay if you are going to downtown Toronto....

If you love a cozy, minimalistic yet sophisticated stay that is accessible to everything I would say this is the perfect place to stay. Plus, the receptionists here are very nice and welcoming. The lady who helped us was Diane. She was very accommodating and even upgraded our room into a suite. The room was above and beyond. It was a very nice experience and would love to come back here on our next visit....

I stayed with my family a few days ago. The staff is very kind, and the place is very nice. They even accommodated my wife, who is in a wheelchair, and we are so grateful. We will be coming back here for our next stay!

What made this trip so special is that is was for our anniversary. We were both sick and couldn't go the first night (had booked 3 nights non-refundable). When we arrived there the second night, we were disappointed to have missed the first night. Colene helped us immensely! She upgraded our room so make up for us missing a night, and it was fantastic. I had a great time there, the room was fantastic and I did slept incredibly well! I had a king size room, with an ultra nice view. The whole floor was quiet. The service was A1, a huge thank you to Colene who helped me. The team is great. I would go back for sure. Thank you again Pantages!...
