She was trying to get home, but she was somewhat lost and her phone was not working. Being from another country, we were not familiar with the area, but we didn't want to leave her alone at night. Fantastic location directly across from Massey Hall and a short walk to the Eaton Center mall.
No parking is offered. Nothing on site and no valet. There is also no designated drop off/pick up area. You should prepared to carry your items from an area parking garage in potentially inclement weather.
No housekeeping service is offered unless requested. If your room is not on the housekeeping list, your room wont be...

The entire team is phenomenal! The front desk team with Diane were extremely accommodating, beds are comfortable and great location! Wed definitely stay here again based off the service alone but the hotel and property were gorgeous, food onsite as well!...

This hotel is so beautiful and the service is wonderful. The room is so clean. The bathroom shower is clean no mold or soap scum, i am very particularabout bathrooms. I met Diane at the front desk and she accommodated me. I came a bit earlier but she was kind and checked me in. Thank you so much Diane!!!...

We got to the hotel early and were allowed to check into our room well before the checkin time. Front desk staff were super friendly and even gave us a gift card from the restaurant they recommended ! The room was excellent! Bed, shower, lighting- all top notch. Walking distance to all downtown venues.
We highly recommend the Pantages!...
