Chose this hotel based on location for Taylor Swifts Eras Tour and the experience was great! The hotel had themed activities and friendly/accommodating staff. The restaurant onsite had fair pricing and has friendly and efficient staff. The parking was C$90 for two days in their parking garage. Location was within walking distance to good restaurants and other points of interest....

This hotel is very clean and well situated to the sights of Toronto. The staff were friendly and welcoming they were also knowledgeable and helped us.
The breakfast was good variety and good Wuhans we were not disappointed.
A very comfortable and pleasant stay....

Novotel Toronto is located less than 10 minutes away from the train station. Checking-in to the hotel is very welcoming, smooth and quick. The room is bright, spacious, clean, the bed is very comfortable and the toilet is very bright and warm. I loved the toiletries the hotel provided it smells good and is skin friendly. ...

Amazing Staff and Comfortable Stay

The hotel itself was very clean although the lobby was small compared to hotels I've stayed at. The staff member who greeted me when I arrived was just amazing he even went out of his way to make sure I was ok on the elevator. The next day, he asked me how things were going? Very considerate. Great Stay

Hotel is ideally located with many restaurants and bars within a short walk and a number of Toronto attractions close by. Also not far to Union Station for bus, train or underground links further afield. We had standard room and it was fine for us, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff also helpful and friendly, particularly the guys in the bar. Would return....
