This hotel is in a good location, very walkable to lots of places. There's a great muffin place right across the street. Toronto is a city so you need to be more careful in some parts near the hotel. We were assigned a room on a lower floor. Perhaps it was unique to that floor but the room felt very dated and there was not enough lighting installed, so everything was very dark. A very good experience at this hotel.
IHG status recognised on arrival and given a big room with a view on the top floor.
Room was very clean as was the bathroom.
Service friendly.
Only things that could have been better is the water pressure in the shower was a little weak for our liking and also a bit more variety / change each day on the breakfast might have been interesting, however, that said breakfast was incl...

Travelled on 10/2024
We spent six days here while sightseeing around the city. Walked most places or used Lyft, street car or subway. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly & helpful and the breakfast was fantastic each morning. We were on the 16th floor and had a great view. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Toronto....

Disappointed
Travelled on 04/2024
Travelled from England to Canada, with wife. In check in, reception staff told me that he had canceled my booking. Panic created in trying to find accomodation at night time, in a foreign country.
I booked hotel room at least two months in advance. Hotel should have told me earlier, but instead, they waited until I travel to Canada and show up at reception desk.
Holiday inns are black listed from now on....

Well located hotel to get around Toronto, we only had a night and two days so wanted to be central.Staff were very friendly and happy to explain and guide us. Parking is convenient underneath hotel if a bit expensive but probably standard for the city. Rooms not particularly big but comfortable.
