The Excelsior hotel is a stunning hotel with an ideal location in the centre of Thessaloniki.
The rooms were beautiful and very clean.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold options.
The hotel staff is very polite
A big thank you to Stavros who was always willing to help and give us information we needed to visit the sights we wanted....

I spent two nights at the Excelsior, and the experience was great. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location. A particular shout out to Stavros at the front desk, who was really attentive and professional, and gave us great recommendations!...

The very best aspect of this hotel is the way the staff interact with their guests. They are all polite, professional and helpful, particularly those on reception and especially Artemis and Elisabeth. The hotel is centrally situated and easy to find, essential in a city. It is not our first time at the Excelsior and certainly not the last, perfect service , wonderful breakfast and best location . The hotel is not new but wel kept.
As for dinner I recommend to reserve a table at restaurant Clochard (adjacent to the hotel)one of the best in town....
