One night there was a private party which encompassed the complete lobby with an extremely loud DJ and many guests mostly not hotel guests.
Nevertheless after 1:00am my wife called front desk and inquired when music will end and response was after 1:30 am. We were on 5 flr noise was reverberating. When we complained the next day their guest relations mgr sympathized with us reluctantly but eventually offered 35% dis...

Wonderful hotel, clean, modern and sweet.
Staff are nice with nice flashy badges, make sure to ask barista for a cappuccino with Bailey's (only 4 euro!).
Breakfast was great, and the business room was wonderful for our yearly team meeting. Keep it up!...

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The level of cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and well-maintained. Its clear that they take hygiene and guest comfort very seriously. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!...

Stayed four nights solo as part of a tour package and had a great experience. Kudos to the staff, including Anna, Alexandros and Dimitri (among many others) who really contributed to an enjoyable stay. Well trained staff was eager to help with any request. Loved everything about the hotel. Cool, clean, modern, with the most amazing and helpful staff. From reception to the rooftop - no one could have done more.
Big shout out to Anna at reception though.
Room was small but very well laid out. Bathroom was great and I loved the products. So much Im bringing some home....
