There are days when you're just unlucky. This time it was my room in the Maritim. It was probably because the hotel was relatively fully booked due to an event. But now to the points of criticism. My room was in the main building at the end of a hallway, was small, the window couldn't be opened because the underground car park caused a lot of noise due to the traffic, and there was also a lot of light at night in the...

We stayed here for the Cannstatt Wasen Volkfest and it was perfect. Stuttgart has an extensive public transportation system, and there are two stations within a 5 minutes walk for the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was by far the most extensive and generous of all the hotels we stayed at. Big hotel with little ambience

Its a very large business hotel in an ok location in Stuttgart. They booked me into the other building and when I asked to be closer, they said they can do that but that costs 10 extra a day. I opted out and went to the other building. The walk from reception to my room is (I used steptracker) 253m away (one way). So if you have troubles walking, thats not a good option.

Very large business hotel (booked as part of a tour so not chosen by us). Our room was in the second tower, about 5 minutes from reception. It was spacious though a bit dated but it had an opening window which is good and a good sized bathroom. Reservation and everything went easy. We liked the parking garage and the fact that within a short walk you are in the center of town. The rooms are reasonably large and feel very clean and well maintained. We booked a couple of rooms and it makes a difference on which side of the building you are in terms of how quite they are.
