Awful after reading reviews we chose this hotel but it was disgusting

The room smelt musty when we walked in, the bathroom smelt mouldy. within minutes my husband had been bitten on his legs and arms we opened the windows to see if that would help the smell but it didnt and with my husband being bitten it was impossible to stay. They said bathrooms had been refurbished but this one had not it was dirty the shower head was full of limescale. We made the hard choice to leave, we couldn...

location was near the rail station. I was taking the Lufthansa bus to/from FRA Several restaurants nearby which was convenient. Breakfast was at a great time and was perfect. Room was small but comfortable. Excellent staff. Highly recommend...

After Renovations Are Complete, Will Be Better

This hotel was undergoing some renovations that probably explain a few disjointed things. We had booked a room with twin beds, and our room did have twin beds but it was intended for disabled people so it had a lot of unfilled floor space (no chair, no extra table). The shower was walk in with no curtain or door so water filled the room when showering. Those are my only complaints, so it wasnt bad. Location was very...

Just a 3 min walk from Strasbourg Train Station straight across the plaza. Very easy walk to most sights such as the river and famous covered bridges and towers (5mins) or cathedral (10mins). Large mall and Galleries Lafayette (10mins)Excellent front of house staff (special mention of Gabrielle) who are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed at this place for 3 nights. Everything is excellent - Location, nice and friendly staff, nice room, comfy bed, good bathroom, very good breakfast. The only small things is that the room do not have refrigerator and electric kettle. Highly recommended....
