Convenient location but no working air conditioning and a scandalous check in fee

Convenient location, attached to the conference center. Easy to reach by train from the airport or the city center. Surprise while trying to check in: the room *is* ready, but if you want it before 16:00 you need to pay extra (I arrived at 14:00). Never ever had that before anywhere else. Out of principle I sat in the bar until 16:00. Spacious and clean room, but without a usable air conditioning - so it was very war...

Wonderful hotel! We booked the superior room and it had such stunning views from the panorama window. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. As always Scandic has one of the best breakfast buffets with loads of options to choose from. The hotel is really close to public transport that takes you straight to Sthlm central. The staff was really helpful and welcoming.I will definitely book Scandic talk again ...

Modern an well maintained. Good service and very welcoming entrance/lobby.
The staff were welcoming and ready to help in any way. Good bar and great service at the bar....
