The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood next to a nice park. Provides a garage too, though it can be a bit tricky to park there with a bigger car, depends on when you arrive.
Breakfast is Scandic standard, rich and of a good quality. The staff is friendly.
We had some silverfish in the bathroom, but the staff really tried to help us to get rid of them (otherwise...

Bfast is a greenwashing scam / Sauna has no drinking water

Bfast: they ask you to pre book a time for your bfast (they are strict, and there are v limited spots) as a green initiative. but they could do the same simply by asking IF the guest is going to show up for bfast, not at what time. Truth is, the bfast room is too small so they enforce pre-booking to justify the limited space. and then they try to sell it as ESG. I tried booking on Saturday at 3pm for sunday morn, and...

This is my favourite Scandic in Stockholm. The rooms are larger and look onto green ares instead of rooftops or back courts. Park is across street. Rooms and bathrooms are larger than average Scandics....

Great staff and a Great location, close to everything you need. You feel welcomed and noticed. Sumptuous breakfast but only teabags. The room was clean but small, and the check-in time 4pm was in my mind too late.
