Would not recommend Scandic simply because they could not refund my booking when there was a mistake.

I would not recommend Scandic to anyone. There occurred a mistake with my booking and I got the wrong dates. I am aware that I chose none-refundable, but I called the hotel 1 min after the booking was done in hopes of some understanding. However none was to be found and they could do nothing for me.
