Nice hotel

The hotel was nice. The room we had was comfortable with balcony. It had a nice size tv. The meals was not so good it was the same menu everyday for breakfast. The main meals was not much good. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was not far from the old town which was a nice walk, and a lovely place to go....

The good things and the problems with our stay

Overall I'd say the stay was fine, but due to a couple of issues I've had to downgrade my score.
A quick summary which I hope is helpful.
Do not book the package deal to include dinner. You will be charged an extra substantial amount (approx 850 kr, £65 per night) yet you will only receive 1 meal on the first night! This wasn't clear in the communication and makes no sense whatsoever, and means you are paying a lot...

We stayed here for two nights. What a stay! Literally a 5-minute walk from Central Station; super convenient arriving and leaving by train! Less than a 15-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and Gamla Stan (Old Town). The staff was professional, courteous, and had great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast buffet was excellent; on our last morning, we were even serenaded with Swedish holiday carols by local s...

A wonderful hotel just moments from major train stations. The hotel staff were welcoming and informative, the accommodation was of the highest quality and the breakfast was top class. Incredible choice of breakfast items to suit everyone. We also opted to eat at the restaurant belonging to the hotel on one evening as it specialises in muscles which were excellent!! Would most definitely stay again!...

Expertly run hotel. The staff are just excellent. They work so efficiently and without any fuss. Reception staff are super friendly. Waiting staff so capable especially Patricia. Food is top class. Perfect location close to central bus station. Highly recommend...
