Great view but poor overall experience.
The hotel is situated in a lovely, very quiet residential area a good 30 minutes walk from Old Split and no bars or restaurants nearby. Tranquil but isolated.
Our 4th floor room had a great balcony and superb view but the a/c didnt work and the housekeeping was inconsistent, a clean bathroom but one bath towel was threadbare and almost torn in half!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was a good size, clean & well equipped, great bathroom, fantastic view.
Delicious breakfast with good choices.
Despite having a couple of large groups in the dining room they served a lovely meal in the courtyard by the pool, which was very relaxing after the hustle & bustle of sightseeing in Split.
All the staff were super helpful and friendly, thank you....

Nice quiet location but poor housekeeping

Quiet boutique hotel with great view. The breakfast is very tasty. The room is small, and my particular one has a sloping roof ceiling which I have to look out for in case I bump my head.
The only downside is the housekeeping. They do not replenish water or amenities, and they do not vacuum the floor every day. Does not feel like a 4 star but a 3....

I think this is the most peculiar hotel I have ever stayed in.

Lets start of with the positives; 1) very large room (402) with large balcony and 2) refurbished bathroom. We didn't ,make use of it but the pool area looked nice.
The hotel is 15-20 minutes away from Split old town (up a few hills) and close to the Marjan Park, however, on this latter point, it is a 20 minute walk to get to an entrance to the park. The location of the hotel means it is up to 30 for a cab ride f...

There are many super hotels in Split but this not one of them.

The location so far out from town necessitates daily use of taxis/Ubers as the hotel has no restaurant and there is nowhere to eat nearby. The law allows taxi drivers to charge whatever they like and they will fleece you. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff ( if you can find anyone) unhelpful to the point of rudeness. Needs total refurbishment. Old fashioned bathrooms pose a hazard for the elderly as no grab handl...
