My friend and I each had a superior room. 303 and 403.
Firstly, the hotel staff were all most friendly.
The foyer and bar areas were spotless in good order.
However, the bedrooms were very not in a good state, with marked scratching of the wood areas such as the cupboards and bedside areas.

Hotel in a good location. Breakfast was excellent. Loved rooftop bar but pool is a bit cold. Room was stylish with lovely bathroom. I would have given 5 stars but i booked hotel partly because of spa only to find it was an extra 80 just for a swim....

The elevator stopped working on a Saturday and was still not working by Monday when I checked out. I carried my own luggage down the stairs. There was no signage, not notice, etc. Little old ladies were struggling down the stairs - I can't imagine what they did to get up the stairs. For an average of $300 Euros per day (& days) I expect better....

The hotel location was nice and the room was fine. I got a "privilege" room, but it was in the corner of the 4th floor which had some issues. First, the 4th floor hallway had a very strange odor the whole week, something between glue and bathwater. In this case they didnt seem to care, so I like inform that it wasnt ok..
