I had never stayed in a Vincci hotel before and booked this trip last minute after a very difficult year of poor health and several bereavements (and after having not travelled for 5 years). When I checked in I was feeling quite overwhelmed and was worried about the room/finding my way around Seville/using local transport etc. etc. But the staff - especially Ana on reception - turned everything around. Beautiful hotel in walking distance of the city centre. Rooms are really comfortable and elegant. The staff are very pleasant , professional and helpful. The valet parking is seamless.
The hotel is close to restaurants , bars and all Sevilles attractions . The old town is beautiful....

This time, for a change no one asked me to write a review but I really want to.
The hospitality, service from the hotel staff to the bell boy staff of the hotel; everything was exceptional. They took care of everything and were quite nice.

A very pleasant experience! Well organized room and bathroom. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood infront of an amazing plazza and within walking distance to all of the citys highlights!
The only point of improvement is the breakfast, despite the good quality and variety buffet stocking is slow while communication or ordering is not easy as very few of the staff members understand english....

Centrally located, beautiful hotel within easy reach of all major attractions. Friendly efficient check in. Well lit spacious room and very clean. Cava and chocolates for my wife on her birthday (we never mentioned it) was an added bonus....
