Disgusting hotel. Honestly dont know where the positive reviews are coming from. We checked in and fortunately had to immediately leave due to a personal emergency. Ever for the few hours at the hotel were abysmal. Spoke to someone at the front and requested for an exception on providing even a part refund. I was met with absolute refusal. I was so disgusted with the hit, I wanted to get out ASAP....

Weekend at Sevilla

We love to stay at Silken, my 5 year old daughter loves the hotel and the restaurants staff, this time we were suppose to stay 3 nights but, we just stayed 2 , because we had an issue back in Portugal so, we had to come back, there was nothing wrong with the hotel, great place, we like and will come back.
Thank you very much for the simpathy and your service.

Cappuccino is bad

The cappuccino wasn't good at all at the breakfast.
Also, the rooms had a music control device and our didn't work at all. Overall, the building was very old and ugly. Do not expect too much from this hotel. However, we slept pretty well. The beds are comfy....

Possibly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in awhile. We are travelling with a toddler and staying in the room on the second floor very close to the elevators, we can hear everything in the lobby and by the dining area - a lot of screaming, laughing and shouting in the lobby at 1am in the morning. I guessed some people need to learn a bit of consideration !! The acoustic in this hotel needs a lot of attention as ...

It is a very large hotel with a giant lobby, a nice garden, restaurants, bars and many services. It is a bit isolated from most of the things you may want to visit but taxis are cheap and readily available. Rooms are a bit dated and the laundry service was expensive. Personnel spoke Italian but limited English...
