A great place to explore Sevilla. Very clean and walking distance to all main sites. Not directly in the tourist area but within 1 km walking all is there what Sevilla has to offer. Very kind receptionist .Great value if you wish to explore the city....

I did not use the kitchen, but it seemed ver well equipped.

On arrival it doesnt look like much but the reception is beautiful. Great communication before we left to ensure someone was at reception to meet us. Our room was basic, clean enough but there was a mirror missing on the wall and only a couple of hangers. There is an iron, hairdryer etc and despite being small the bathroom was fine. I will say that the room had a horrible smell in it, like drains and this would wors...

Dirty, overpriced and more like a hostel than a hotel

We booked two night here at 200 eur/ night via Sercotels website. What we got:
-no bedsheet cover on the duvet for the sofa bed where our child was to sleep. According to the receptionists we dont do that here, were not like other hotels. The same duvet in the bedroom had a bedsheet on.
- no housekeeping or even exchange of towels
-dirty, greasy walls and furniture that belongs to the trash (see pictures)

The apartment was spacious, modern and the perfect space for our trip to Seville. We absolutely loved the location, it was really close to a supermarket and only a short walk into the centre. The staff were extremely helpful. Would 100% stay again!!!...
